FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
Your signed Franchise Agreement is the fundamental basis of your business, providing the framework both franchisor and franchisee operate under. Breaching its terms can lead to termination. Areas that may lead to breach of contract include: serious safeguarding breaches, failure to provide accounting/management information in a timely manner, failure to pay franchise fees, failure to actively carry on the business (including minimum sales and marketing levels), fraudulent activity or unauthorised products/services, bringing the brand into disrepute, disclosure of confidential information or improper use of marketing/logos, and breaking the business practices set out in this manual.

TERMINATION OF FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
On termination for any reason, you must: return the Operations Manual, return all instruments/equipment/class resources, return all branded stationery/documents/software/printed material, remove all Baby Band signage, stop calling yourself a Baby Band franchisee, transfer all customer details and phone/email contacts to Head Office, settle all outstanding accounts, and remove all Baby Band documents/software from your computers. Following termination you may not operate a similar business for 12 months, and must return all instruments and equipment to Baby Band HQ.
