How Baby Band started
Baby Band was born in 2021 out of a love of music combined with a lack of flexibility in professional working hours. I wanted to spend more time with my family, so I set up my own business. We’re now one of the fastest growing businesses in the sector, offering music classes that are genuinely focussed on developing musical skills and providing fabulous events, like our summer festival.
Our team is relatively small, but mighty, and we’re in a position now to offer the right people a chance to own their own business, have flexible working hours and have a great time being musical with little people.

Curriculum
The Baby Band curriculum has been designed and built by experts in child development and education. It continues to evolve as an ongoing process in collaboration with early years specialists working at the cutting edge of education to ensure we are in line with the latest developments. As a franchisee you will receive a comprehensive package of training in which we share everything we have learnt with you.
Business
Running a business can be tricky, especially if you’ve never had the chance before. As part of your training you will have one-to-one support from Baby Band HQ, every step of the way, on everything from booking and running classes, to accounting, to maximising your presence on social media.

Baby Band HQ will be there to support you locally and champion the brand on a national level.
What makes a good franchisee?

Our classes are musical, so it’s important for the delivery of the curriculum that you have some sort of prior musical training/understanding/ability and are passionate about music.

A word from the founder of Baby Band...
Running my own business has changed my life beyond recognition and my family and I have never been happier as a result. I work hard, really hard, but it’s so much fun! I get to choose when I work and I get to be musical with little people all day. I want to help others like me find that passion, that fire in their belly, to be their own boss and build something for themselves and their families. My family took a huge chance when I stepped away from a well paid job to start this company, but it was the best decision we ever made and we’ve never looked back.
