BABY BAND PRINCIPLES
Franchisees agree to abide by these at all times:
- Classes & events are affordable and attractive to all parents/carers of children aged 3 months to 4 years
- Offer a safe environment for parents, carers and children to learn about music
- Offer an inviting space where parents and carers can meet and interact
- All instruments and equipment are clean, safe, and undamaged
- The venue is clean, safe and secure (see Hall Checklist)
- All parents, carers and children are warmly welcomed
- Franchisees uphold Baby Band's brand and reputation at all times
- Franchisees take an enthusiastic approach to sharing feedback, ideas and suggestions with the Franchisor
FRANCHISEE STANDARDS
Every franchisee must uphold the standards of service in this manual. Before running any class, you must have in place: DBS certificate (renewed every 3 years via iCheck), Public Liability Insurance (£10m minimum), ICO registration, Risk Assessments, Car/van insurance and MOT (if relevant), Driving licence, signed Safeguarding Policy, completed Safeguarding training, and completed Paediatric First Aid.
When running any class or event, franchisees must be presentable, remain polite, calm, friendly and professional at all times (in person, online, and on the phone), and communicate regularly with the Franchisor regarding issues, concerns, suggestions and ideas.
