It's referred to directly in your Franchise Agreement and is kept updated as procedures change, this is part of our commitment to continually improving the franchise and keeping you current with the marketplace. Keep a fully up-to-date version at all times; updates are delivered to franchisees in a timely manner.

All information in this manual remains the copyright of Baby Band and must not be shared outside your franchise agreement without Head Office's written permission. Failure to comply is a serious breach of your Franchise Agreement. You are responsible for complying with all relevant business and employment law. Suggestions and submissions are always welcome, if they improve the model, they'll be included in future versions of the manual.
