Reviews help more customers discover your business. Regularly send Google/Facebook review requests via WhatsApp and email to your families. When a customer shares positive feedback directly, always ask permission to use it (anonymously) on your social channels. After a birthday party, follow up for feedback or a review with a direct link to your review page. Note down lovely things families say during class and ask if you can share the quote online, and encourage a Facebook review from your families at the end of each block.
